The goal is to assess the needs of LGBT elders related to healthcare, social services, and aging. Currently, we are trying to set up focus groups in the South Jersey area. The counties we are hoping to cover include Cape May, Cumberland, Salem, Burlington, and Gloucester. I am writing to see if you would be able to assist us with finding LGBT adults, age 55 and older, who might like to be part of a focus group and if you could share our flyer and my email with anyone interested. We hope to have approximately 6-8 people in each focus group. This is a joint project between Stockton University, Garden State Equality, and Monmouth University.
