The vendor application for our 2023 OUT in the Park Festival is on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
We encourage you to complete and return the vendor application form as soon as possible.
Companies have already registered. Thus, remember that we only have one vendor application per direct sales opportunity.
We encourage you to act quickly to reserve your space.
We do not "hold" vendor spaces. We do not control when electronic submissions and payments are sent for vendor reservations.
Payment is required to confirm your vendor space. Vendor application submission without charge does not guarantee your vendor space.
Last year, the vendor registration fees allowed us to:
• Acknowledge local leaders with a plaque, an elaborate crown, or a trophy.
• Allow the festival to remain SAFE, accessible, and open to the public.
• Introduce a play area for young children.
• Reward volunteers for their service.
• Supply emergency care for any incidents that may occur during the festival.
The renewal of your vendor application will allow us to continue to enhance the festival’s engagement, programs, and resources.
